Whether you are hosting a bachelorette or bridal party, birthday party, baby shower, or even if you are looking for an excuse to get all of your girlfriends together, our lush spa is the perfect venue. We offer indulgent spa treatments and relaxation areas where you can come together and enjoy each other's company. Through our spa concierge service you have the opportunity to plan an event that meets the exact needs of your guests.
We advise booking your event at least eight weeks in advance to guarantee exclusive use of one of our private relaxation rooms. A minimum of six guests with a total of $1,000 in spa services is required if you would like to have exclusive use of this relaxation space. A group of less than six guests or groups that require less than $1,000 in spa services are still encouraged to book their spa party with us; however your party might not have exclusive use of the relaxation areas. Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reserve a date for my party? A 50% deposit of all services being scheduled will be charged on the day a specific date is reserved. If your guests are paying for their services individually, your initial deposit will be credited back to you by the close of business on the day of your event. You may also apply your deposit toward any food and beverage costs as well as toward your individual treatments.
Do you have packages I can offer my guests? We do not have any pre-packaged service offerings. Instead, we would like to customize a service package for your guests that offer only the services each person would like to have.
What if I don't have the required number of guests or service minimums to have exclusive use of the relaxation space? We still encourage you to book your party with us. Our spacious and well designed facility affords us the ability to still provide you and your guests with a cozy area in which to gather and chat between services (noise, food and beverage restrictions may apply). In addition you may choose to pay a facility fee of $150/hr to obtain exclusive use of a relaxation space without the required minimums.
What happens if I cancel my spa party after the date has been booked? You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your event with your deposit being returned. Any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded the 50% deposit fee. Any no-shows or cancellations the day of the event will be charged in full, for the services booked, to the credit card on file for the deposit.
Can my guests pay individually for their services, food and beverage? Your guests may pay individually for the services they received and products purchased on the day of your event. Guests may not pay individually for food and beverage.
Can I bring my own food and beverages? Balance Spa is happy to arrange food and beverage items for your special event. We have a wide range of catering options available. If you would like to offer a special selection for your guests, please call us and we will gladly make the arrangements and provide you with a detailed estimate. Guests are not permitted to bring outside or homemade food into the spa, with the exception of a special occasion bakery cake. Catering costs are charged to the credit card on file when the order is placed with the caterer (generally 14 days prior to the event). Catering charges are non-refundable.
