Maximize Your Spa Experience
Your time with us is precious, and treatments begin promptly when scheduled.  Please take full advantage of your visit by coming in 15 minutes before your appointment so you can change, enjoy our facility and relax in one of our beautiful lounge areas.  Although we will do our best to accomodate you, arriving late for your scheduled service(s) may deprive you of valuable treatment time, or require that you reschedule your service(s)

To Cancel Your Appointment
We require at least 24 hours to cancel any appointment, 48 hours for multiple service appointments.  A valid credit card is needed to secure multiple service appointments.  Should you fail to cancel within 24 hours or otherwise "no show", we reserve the right to charge the full appointment(s) to the credit card on file, and you may be asked to prepay for future appointments.

We respectfully request that you turn off all cell phones and pagers
The spa is an environment of relaxation and tranquility for all our guests.

Please Do Not Bring Food To The Spa
You are welcome to help yourself to snacks and beverages at our snack bar.

We love kids!
But the Spa is a place where our adult guests come to rest and recharge their batteries.  So please make babysitting arrangements in advance and come enjoy the Spa without your little ones.  Children, not receiving services are not permitted in treatment areas, or left unattended in the lobby.

Services and Prices
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met.  If you have any questions, please ask when booking your appointment.

Discounted Series Package
We offer many of our most popular treatments in a discounted series package.  These series may be shared with family and friends, are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, and are non-refundable.

Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.  Are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for Balance Spa services or products.  They must be presented for payment at the time of service, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, are non-refundable, not valid for gratuities and may not be redeemed for cash

Payment Options  Cash, Debit Cards, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Balance Spa Gift Cards and Certificates.
SPECIAL NOTE:  Please be advised that as of March 21, 2011 we will no longer be accepting Spa Finder or Spa Week Gift Cards and Certificates.

Product Returns  All makeup is a final sale.  A merchandise credit will be issued for other products returned within 14 days of purchase, providing there is proof of purchase, products are in their original packaging, and no more than 20% used.

Personal Property  Balance Spa cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home.

Speak-up  Although we always try to be sensitive to our guests' specific needs, we rely on you to communicate your specific expectations openly, both before and during the treatment, if necessary.  Whether it be more extensive extractions, lighter or more intense massage pressure, square or round nail shaping, etc....  Our goal is to target and customize your facial, massage, or nail treatment to meet your expectations.  We are always honored when you choose Balance Spa!
