Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reserve a date for my party?
A 50% deposit of all services being scheduled will be charged on the day a specific date is reserved.  If your guests are paying for their services individually, your initial deposit will be credited back to you by the close of business on the day of your event.  You may also apply your deposit toward any food and beverage costs as well as toward your individual treatments.

What happens if I cancel my spa party after the date has been booked?
You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your event with your deposit being returned.  Any cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the event will not be refunded the 50% deposit fee.  Any no-shows or cancellations the day of the event will be charged in full, for the services booked, to the credit card on file for the deposit.

Can my guests pay individually for their services?
Your guests may pay individually for the services they received and products purchased on the day of your event.

Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Balance Spa is happy to arrange food and beverage items for your special event.  We have a wide range of catering options available.  If you would like to offer a special selection for your guests, please call us and we will gladly make the arrangements and provide you with a detailed estimate.  Guests are not permitted to bring outside or homemade food into the spa, with the exception of a special occasion bakery cake.  Catering costs are charged to the credit card on file when the order is placed with the caterer (generally 14 days prior to the event).  Catering charges are non-refundable.
