Booking Appointments & 24 Hour cancellation policy

Appointments may be scheduled by phone, text, or on-line. A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. This card will only be charged if an appointment is not canceled prior to the 24-hour time frame (see policy below). We need confirmation of your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, in order to maintain your reservation. Multiple person and/or treatment reservations may require a 50% deposit. When you request a reservation of our therapist time you are agreeing to our cancellation policy (see policy below).

All appointments including those booked on-line cannot be cancelled or modified online. You must call the spa at 978-851-9898 to cancel or change any reservation. Cancellations and changes must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment(s) to avoid being charged. We require a credit card on file that can be charged up to 100% of the services scheduled if they are cancelled in less than 24 hours, or you no-show for your appointment(s). If there is no card on file or if the card on file is incorrect or expired, you may be asked to pre-pay for future appointments scheduled. Clients who have a valid series may redeem one of their treatments toward the missed appointment. If you have multiple services scheduled, you would be charged the cancellation fee for any treatments that you don’t have a valid series for.
